So God woke from a deep sleep, and in a clearly audible voice, He commanded me to “write this”. So, I sat straight up in my bed, and said, “OK” God (Yehova). He then said, “get a piece of paper”. So, I did. He then told me to get a pencil. I looked, and found a ballpoint pen. He said, “I said to get a pencil”. I found a new one and inserted it into my electric pencil sharpener, and then sat on the edge of my bed, waiting for what was to happen next.
He spoke with a clear voice, and said “T” (tee). I wrote the letter “T”. A second later He said, “H” (aytch). I wrote the letter “H”. I remained focused on God, but could see that He had a message for me. I focused on listening for His voice, it came over and over, and as I was finishing up, as the last few letters were revealed, then and only then, was I reflecting on what that message actually was. And then, total silence.
I wanted to never forget the moment, because it was the only time God has spoken to me in such a way. So, I wrote this message above my door, using a permanent marker. It is still there, and I’m reminded every day, every time I look at those words, of this momentous occasion. That was a year and a half ago.
Since that time I’ve taken each opportunity presented to me to repeat those words. When I have a moment to express this message to my fellow man, the idea of not sharing it, propels me even more quickly to open my mouth, and confess the reality that, “THE SAVIOUR IS COMING”!
Being kind of a crafter, I considered how I could spread this message more effectively, more widespread. So, I bought some plain black license plate holders, and then cut some vinyl on my Cricut. I then went even further, and now my cars bumper has a few messages for those who might find themselves behind me in traffic.
