Where are you going after you die?

The time has come for us to stop striving. Stop striving to get more, because God has given us enough. Stop striving to insure your future, because God has a future just for you that well exceeds anything we could manufacture. Stop striving for recognition, because we must decrease so that He may increase.
Have you humbled yourself before God? Have you put on the full armor of God? In meekness we fight the good fight. What are you fighting for? Is your arrogance getting in the way of the redemptive power of God’s sacrifice, that He made for us 2000 years ago? Is your redemption from your own hands? Is the Lord God, the Son and Savior, responsible for your salvation? Or, are your good works ensuring your passage into heaven?
Take account of your works, and there goes your reward in heaven. Rest on your good works, and you will find no rest in heaven. The only way to heaven is by leading a sinless life. Only Jesus was sinless. The sinless blood of Jesus washes away our sins. The shedding of blood on the cross was the only payment acceptable to cover your sins. By His stripes we are saved. Not by our good works, and certainly not by trying to live a sinless life. Even at our best we are still filthy rags. No one goes to heaven except by the Lord Jesus. This means there is no way to heaven unless we accept the freely given gift of grace given by Our Father in heaven. The gift was His Son. Jesus came into the world so that we would not die, and so we could have life everlasting.
You could have life everlasting, if only you place your faith in the redemptive power of God’s blood that was shed on Calvary. 2000 years ago. It’s more than just believing a story. It’s about relying on God’s plan for His people. It’s about humbling our spirit, and letting His spirit take full control, in the belief that God is faithful to take care of you, now, and in each and every tomorrow.
God is Love. God is light. God is real. Come out of the darkness. Put your faith in the one true unknowable God: Yehova, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit.
Amen, and Amen.
